Customer Request
We make our preliminary preparations in line with the production demands coming from our customers. We collect the demands and start our work in line with the requested pattern, color, product variety, fabric quality, etc. for new collections.
MaterIal
We find all kinds of fabrics needed for both sample production and order production in the desired quality. We supply these fabrics in the right weight, desired color or print and use them in our customers’ productions.
ModelIng
We digitize the product models requested by our customers with our latest technology devices, advanced software and drawing programs. Before fabric cutting, we prepare the patterns we create with appropriate modeling techniques for use.
PlannIng
We make preliminary preparations by determining fabric needs and accessory requirements. After the needs are met, we plan and implement requirements such as which fabric will be cut when, when and how the cut fabrics will be sewn, and organizing printing and embroidery operations.
Cut
We carry out the cutting processes with great care to separate the fabric rolls into pattern pieces. First, we perform the marker spreading processes, then we ensure that the fabrics are separated into pattern pieces with our automatic cutting machine (auto-cutter).
Our EmbroIdery and PrIntIng Types
We can make any desired pattern with our embroidery machine, digital printing and sublimation printing machines, which also have laser cutting technology. We create the patterns that customers send or want to be adjusted by us in our printing or embroidery department. We can successfully process embroidery patterns on all kinds of fabrics according to the desired color and thread types.
Sewing PROCESS
We attach great importance to sewing processes, which are the most critical point in the transformation of our orders into products. We focus on garment processes with sensitivity for quality workmanship and flawless details. We monitor and reinforce our success in workmanship and sewing with our intermediate controls. We can meet all kinds of sewing demands with our different types of sewing machines.
QualIty Control
We examine all finished products in our quality control department. We perform our control procedures to ensure that there are no errors, stains or problems on the products. We do not ship products that do not meet the required specifications or that have any problems and separate them from our production line.
PackIng Process
We carry out the packaging process with our experienced staff. We can evaluate many different materials such as plastic bags, gelatin bags, PVC bags, kraft packages as desired and use them in packaging processes. We ensure that accessories such as advertising cards and hang tags are used in packages, and we stick barcodes and warning labels on packages.
ShIpment
We meticulously pack all finished and quality controlled products and ship them to our customers’ addresses. Our teams, who carefully pack, also carry out shipping operations with the same care. We complete our shipping operations via land, sea or air according to our customers’ demands.
